What do transit access and last-mile connection mean?
Transit access concerns proximity and connections to transportation services. The last mile is the connection between a stop or station and the actual destination. BART, bus and ferry service, schedules and accessibility vary by location and time.
What is housing stock?
Housing stock means the types and characteristics of homes in an area, such as detached homes, condominiums or small multifamily buildings. A building's age or style alone does not establish its condition, legal use or maintenance needs.
What are jurisdiction and utility service area?
